Ten (10) - The villa sleeps 8 people in 4 bedrooms comfortably. There is a also a queen sleeper/sofa bed in the Family room and a another in the separate Formal Lounge accommodating a further two people. A cot/crib is available for infants/small children.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within the villa which is fitted with smoke detectors, linked to our security monitoring company. No pets are allowed.

The villa is only 10 minutes west of Walt Disney World. Sea World is 20 minutes away and Universal 30 minutes. This is one of the major reasons this is such a sought after area. After a long day at the Parks you can get the children home and into bed in a matter of minutes! Don't forget there's a shuttle bus service from the resort if you'd prefer a day free from driving.

The villa benefits from a south facing pool for all day sunshine. No need to keep moving those loungers around to catch the sun. There's also a covered lanai for shade.

Glenbrook is situated on US27, one mile North of the junction with highway 192. Directions will be sent to you approximately 3 weeks before arrival. We will provide you with a personalised combination keycode to enable you to access the keys from the secure lock-box located at the Villa - whatever time you arrive, night or day. This saves you the time, effort and inconvenience of having to collect your keys from an off-site location.

The villa is fully equipped for all your likely holiday requirements. Bed linen, crockery, towels and pool towels are provided. A small initial supply of laundry powder/dish washer powder/toilet rolls etc. are provided which you will need to top-up as required.

The villa is well equipped for small children. The villa comes complete with a cot, crib and highchair, as well as having a pool safety fence to prevent children venturing out to the pool. A buggy/stroller is available on request.

The Pool & Spa can be heated (by agreement) for additional cost as indicated on the booking form. We would recommend pool heat from October through to April. The pool is heated to the maximum temperature allowed under Florida law (85 degrees).

The villa is only a few minutes from a 24 hour Wal-Mart. The Premium Outlet Mall is only 10 minutes away and houses many designer label stores (including: Nike, Timberland, Adidas, Versace, Armani etc etc.). In addition there is a wide variety of stores on Highway 192 and the US50.

There are several restaurants nearby and many within 10 - 15 minutes including: Outback Steakhouse, McDonalds, Chic Filet, Taco Bell, Red Lobster, TGI Fridays, Cracker Barrel and Denny’s along with Chinese, Italian etc, many of whom will deliver. On the I192 and US50 there are many other restaurants to suit all tastes and all pockets!

Hopefully you will not need this, but for peace of mind there is a Walgreens and a CVS late-night pharmacy at the entrance to Glenbrook Resort. There is also a walk-in Clinic within walking distance.

The Villa has a security alarm system which is monitored by ADT 24 hours a day. We also provide a complimentary security safe to protect your passports, travel documents, jewellery and other valuables.

The house is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and the pool and garden are tended to on a weekly basis.

Completing the on-line booking form is the most convenient way but you can also email/phone or write if you prefer.
